• What is control in place to determine if applicant is an active employee as of the last day of class (based on semester end date) for which applicant is requesting Tuition Assistance? (two exceptions: if a course is started prior to leave of absence, Tuition Assistance may still be requested, and if approved, will be provided when employee returns to work; if you started a course prior to a layoff, Tuition Assistance may still be requested and Work Obligation would be waived)
