AUDIT OBJECTIVES1. Comprehensive written policies and procedures governing all Department activities have been established;2. Energy usage is tracked and analyzed;3. Energy audits are conducted regularly and a random time periods;4. Educational and incentive programs are provided to campuses and staff;5. Adequate staff development is provided to Department personnel;6. Utility bills are regularly reviewed;7. Energy control systems are adequately supported; and,8. The Department operates within budgetary constraints.
