In preparation for the project Forecasting testing, review the applicable Project Procedures, site specific procedures and contract requirements relating to the Forecasting function. Note: The Project procedures, site specific procedures and contract requirements obtained during the planning process can be used as documentation of the process, but only to the extent they apply, and only after discussing in detail with the Forecasting Lead and confirming that actual processes are consistent with the procedures. Deviations between actual processes and the Project procedures should be explained and documented in the work papers.
Meet with the Forecasting Lead and discuss general job responsibilities and work processes. Review and document your understanding of the project's Forecasting controls activities to include key aspects and controls points. Also, include the relevant references to the Project procedures, site specific procedures or the contract that support the activities for the following:
