AUDIT OBJECTIVES
1. Comprehensive written policies and procedures governing all Department activities have been established;
2. Energy usage is tracked and analyzed;
3. Energy audits are conducted regularly and a random time periods;
4. Educational and incentive programs are provided to campuses and staff;
5. Adequate staff development is provided to Department personnel;
6. Utility bills are regularly reviewed;
7. Energy control systems are adequately supported; and,
8. The Department operates within budgetary constraints.
