The SAPaudit-L list is devoted to SAP audit discussions.  If you work for an organization that implemented SAP and would like to share information or have a question on auditing SAP, post the information on this discussion list. Audit work programs submitted to this list will be posted to AuditNet's Auditors Sharing Audit Programs inventory clearinghouse as well as posted on the SAP AuditNet Web page.   

To Subscribe to SAPaudit-L send an email to imailsrv@list.auditnet.org leave the Subject line blank and in the body type: Subscribe SAPaudit-L (your name). Your name will be added to the monthly list.

Digest Command

Did you know that AuditNet's e-mail lists actually support TWO modes of subscription?

By default, new subscriptions (obtained via the subscribe command) are entered in "Standard" mode. In standard mode, each e-mail message sent to the list is immediately forwarded to all subscribers. 

If you don't like all the e-mail traffic, and would like to get all the list mail ins a single message, switch to "Digest" mode. Depending on the level of activity, multiple postings to the list are bundled up into a single e-mail message, potentially reducing the load on servers and reducing the clutter in your 'in basket'. The down side (up side for some) to this mode is that rapid turn around of postings and responses is eliminated.

People that have subsequently subscribed via subscribe have been given standard subscriptions. If you'd like to change the mode of your subscription to any of our lists, send a message to imailsrv@list.auditnet.org with the following command in the body of the e-mail message (change listname to the name of the list you want to change; SAPaudit-l): 

To receive a digest of messages sent to the list enter a command in the form of set mode digest listname. 

For example,

TO: imailsrv@list.auditnet.org

Subject:

set mode digest SAPaudit-l

To cancel digest mode and receive messages as they are sent to the list, enter a command in the form of set mode standard listname. 

For example,

TO: imailsrv@list.auditnet.org

Subject:

set mode standard SAPaudit-l

Unsubscribe Instructions

To unsubscribe from this list send an e-mail to imailsrv@list.auditnet.org
and include the message UNSUBSCRIBE SAPAUDIT-L (your name). You must send this message from the same address from which you subscribe.  

Note: If you are changing your email address unsubscribe using the old e-mail address and re-subscribe using the new e-mail address.
