Anyone have a ready-made audit program or checklist for compliance with the NYSE listing requirements?

That is a difficult one, - do you by chance belong to AuditNet audit program section?

Scott,

There are checklists and questionnaires available on the Internet for compliance reviews of NYSE listing requirements. You should try Google. The source of many of them are law firms. If someone does share an audit program for this area it would be added to the Premium section of AuditNet available to subscribers.
