You will need to be more specific. Such as stating the objectives, purpose and scope of your audit. Also you need to define which areas of non-profit you will be auditing. For the basic accounting cycle you should be able to use a generic audit program i.e. accounts receivable, purchasing, payroll etc should not be any different for a non-profit then for any other business operation.
There are over 2,000 audit programs available on the AuditNet.org site. I can also provide you with the name of other subscription based services that have audit programs as well.
