New schedules in CA-7

Has anyone worked with CA-7? I need a list of new schedules added to CA-7 since a specific date. The operations group can give me a list of schedules as of an earlier date and then another list as of a later date and then determine the "new jobs" by the showing the differences between the lists. This seems kind of awkward, is there another way to do it?
