Please read the Netiquette Guidelines for AuditNet Discussion Lists

AuditNet® currently maintains three mailing lists, Audit-l, AuditNet-L and AuditPrograms-L. Mailing lists represent powerful tools for auditors. They can be used in different ways to share information among unique groups of users on the Internet.

The first way is a periodic mailing from a Webmaster to communicate information to subscribers.  This type of use is similar to a newsletter or electronic magazine in that the information flow is one way i.e. from the list owner to subscribers.  Subscribers are not allowed to post messages to the mailing list. The AuditNet-L mailing list falls into this category as it is mailed out monthly to subscribers to highlight new resources, audit programs, and audit news of interest to audit professionals. There are also periodic mailings to subscribers to announce special events or communicate information of a timely nature.

The second way that mailing lists can be used is an information sharing resource among and between subscribers. Both the list owner and subscribers may post messages to this mailing list. The purpose of AuditPrograms-L is to share and communicate audit work program techniques and methodology. The purpose of Audit-L is for auditors to share ideas, ask questions and network with peers.

Subscriptions to these mailing lists are free. Click on the following links for subscription details for each list.
