Are all electrical panels free to access (not blocked)? Are all applicable warning signs posted? Do any overhead hazards exist? EQUIPMENT INSPECTION Are adequate machine guards in place? Are operating procedures posted? Are all electrical connections properly made/secured? Are all controls accessible? Do all indicating lights work properly? Are equipment test procedures written? Are hazard and warning signs posted? Are all pipe and hose fittings tight? Are all controls properly labeled? Is all electrical equipment properly grounded?
