The goal of the project is to reinvent and reengineer DoD funtional processes to achieve greater mission effectiveness at lower cost. The site includes an electronic college of process innovation including over 200 documents on reengineering, a lessons learned repository with a compendium of reengineering experiences, frequently asked questions and more.
