If you are looking for a practical book with tools, compliance checklists, internal and external timelines, and tables summarizing technology options and alternative approaches then this is the book for you. The first wave of books in the Sarbanes-Oxley genre concentrated on initial reviews. This book handles the follow up very well with lots of examples. The author approaches the subject by diving the book into three sections; initial compliance, ongoing maintenance and monitoring, and beyond compliance. The one thing missing from this book is an online supplement or accompanying CD with the documents and tools in digital format to facilitate implementation.
