Rich Lanza is an Internal Audit Manager at Toys “R” Us, where he focuses mainly on using computer-assisted audit tools to improve business intelligence, increase efficiencies, proactively detect fraud, and identify bottom-line savings.  Lanza also founded AuditSoftware.Net, a free Web site devoted to maximizing the benefits of audit software, given his over 12 years experience in the field.
