AuditNet LinkedIn Professional Audit Information Networking (PAIN) Group
No PAIN no gain!
AuditNet® Launches the 2012 Data Analysis Software Survey
The Linkedin Professional Audit Information Networking (PAIN) Group was established in December 2007 and will be a popular networking resource tool for the global audit community. AuditNet was conceived in 1993 as an online information resource for auditors. The AuditNet.org site has been a popular Internet portal for the global audit community. This networking group recognizes the "flattening" of the audit world based on the convergence of digital technologies. Auditors are now collaborating on projects, sharing resources and tools in a world without borders. There has been a dramatic increase in the amount of Audit professionals using Linkedin and other audit related discussion forums and lists.
The goals of this group are to:
- Mentor audit professionals by sharing
- Increase the benefits and awareness of Linkedin with audit professionals
- Increase collaboration between internal audit professionals
- Have every audit professional who uses Linkedin join the AuditNet Networking Group
Some of the benefits of joining include:
- Networking with audit professionals within your industry sector
- Networking with audit professionals in the global audit community
- Identifying best practices and benchmarking for business processes
- Participating in surveys conducted by AuditNet
- Finding and sharing audit programs, control matrices, questionnaires and checklists
- Participating in discussions on audit-related topics
- Having an expert available to answer questions or volunteer as a subject matter expert for questions asked
